Scheduling

The first step is booking an appointment, of course.
Check in with our staff or look online to see what our availability is and when you’re available to book.

We are also out of the office for lunch from 12:30PM to 1:30PM Daily.

Identification

Once you’re all booked, you can start the intake process using our portal.

We’re located in Sherman Oaks, on Van Nuys Blvd right off the 101.

Our cross streets are Van Nuys Boulevard and Addison Street,
adjacent to Sherman Oaks Hospital.

Parking

There is covered parking in our lot with one entrance on Van Nuys.

The parking fee is $1.25 for every 20 minutes parked, capping out at $11.25 for the day.

We do not validate parking in our office, but there are meters located on Van Nuys Boulevard and Addison Street if that is preferred.
