Our training as osteopathic physicians along with our affiliation with respected medical centers such as Providence Medical Centers and Cedar Sinai Medical Center, gives us the capability to offer the full range of diagnostic and treatment services.

What Insurances do you accept?

We accept the following insurance:

What if my Insurance isn’t listed?

The aforementioned insurances are only a majority of those we accept.

For a complete list of accepted insurances, please call our front desk staff (818) 572-1490 and they can confirm your eligibility status.

How much is a cash visit?

The out-of-pocket cost for your first visit is $285 and each follow-up visit thereafter is $185.

How do I see the doctor with my HMO plan?

Start by making sure your medical group is Cedars-Sinai or Regal/Lakeside HMO.

Once that’s done, work through your medical group to ensure your Primary Care Physician is listed as one our doctors.

COVID Updates

Are you offering Covid or Flu Vaccines?

Yes, we are offering Covid vaccines through a third party vendor that come every Tuesday and Friday from 9am-12pm.

We are also offering high dose flu vaccines in our office.

Are you offering COVID Testing?

Yes. We are taking appointments for Rapid Testing, and PCR Nasal Swab Testing.
To book an appointment or learn the prices for each test, please call our office at (818) 572-1490.

How long does it take to receive my COVID Test results?

The turnaround time for your test results are as follows:

Rapid Test: 15min – 1hr

PCR Nasal Swab: 24-48hr

Where can I get my labs done?

All of our lab orders are conducted out of office.

We will send the orders out to Quest Diagnostics unless otherwise requested.
You can find a list of Quest locations HERE.

Can my children visit the doctor?

Not if they’re underage.
Our practitioners only see patients 16 and older.

It’s recommended you search for a pediatrician within network for children under the age of 16.

We are closed for lunch 12:30 to 1:30 daily

Located immediately adjacent to Sherman Oaks Hospital, you’ll find plenty of pharmacies, physical therapy offices, specialist practices, and a Quest Diagnostics all within walking distance of us.

There is covered parking in our lot with one entrance on Van Nuys.
The parking fee is $1.25 for every 20 minutes parked, capping out at $11.25 for the day.
We do not validate parking in our office.

There are meters located on Van Nuys Boulevard and Addison Street if that is preferred.

My entire family had to take COVID test. We were stressed out but the office staff were so patient, calming and understanding.

The nurse who did the test was so nice and gentle (I had some very nervous kids in my car) few days after the test she called and checked on us.
